Those who value the rights supposedly guaranteed by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms are under increasing attack. Lawsuits, Lawfare, and complaints to Human Rights Tribunals are the weapons we face in this battle, and legal fights cost money – lots of money. The Society was founded to help fellow British Columbians defend themselves from these lawsuits and frivolous complaints to the BC Human Rights Commission, where “The truth is not a defense.”
