  • Public Admission: Free
  • Parking: Ample daytime parking for RVs and standard vehicles
  • Show Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Set-Up: Scheduled for Saturday
  • Security: Overnight security arrangements in place
  • Promotion: Our event garners attention through various platforms including the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, WLTQ FM, Venice Gondolier, Venice Weekly, and Comcast Cable.

Print Policy
Limited reproductions such as offset prints and giclées are allowed, provided they are clearly marked as reproductions.
Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations require written notice at least 30 days before the event.
  • Properly canceled bookings receive show credits valid for two years.
  • Application fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within 30 days are liable for the full booth fee.

Exhibitor Standards

  • Artworks must be original and crafted by the approved artist.
  • Collaborative work is restricted to two artists.
  • Mass-produced items are prohibited.
  • Only one medium per booth is permitted.

No Solicitation Policy
Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from promoting unrelated products or services during the event.
Liability Insurance
Exhibitors selling consumables or skincare products must hold a one million dollar product liability insurance naming event organizers as additionally insured.
Tax Responsibility
Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting and remitting state sales tax as required.
Show Information Packet
Upon acceptance and payment, exhibitors receive an email confirming event details and setup schedules.
AI Usage Policy for Exhibiting Artists
AI may be used for inspiration, but exhibited work must be handmade and original. Art generated primarily by AI is ineligible for display.
Booth Display Guidelines

  • Displays must be professional and cohesive.
  • Tents must be white and flame-retardant.
  • Handwritten signs and unrelated award ribbons are not allowed.
  • Exhibitors must provide 40 lb. weights per tent leg.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds for cancellations, but credits are issued with a 30-day notice.
  • Credits valid for two years and applicable only to booth fees.
