What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative journey where participants are enveloped in sound waves from various instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. By listening to these resonant sounds, your brain transitions to a relaxed state, fostering deep rest and self-discovery. It helps in managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and enhancing body awareness by quieting the mind.
Our sound bath features an array of instruments, including Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls, Crystal Quartzophone Harp, and more, offering a diverse and immersive sonic experience.
What to Bring:
- One sheet to cover your mat and one blanket for warmth.
