What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath provides a meditative immersion in sound waves from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Participants lay down, listening to resonant sounds that induce a relaxed state, promoting rest, self-inquiry, and stress relief. It serves to manage anxiety, soothe the nervous system, and enhance mind-body connection.
What to Bring:
- Bring a blanket or bedsheet to cover our mats, no yoga mat necessary.
- Dress comfortably, hydrate, and eat before the session.
