- Opening Circle: Begin the retreat by grounding yourself and setting intentions in a serene atmosphere.
- Forest Bathing & Release in Nature: Engage in Shinrin-yoku to connect with the Earth and release what no longer serves you.
- Breathwork Angelic Healing Bath: Immerse in an energy-clearing session with healing sound frequencies and guided visualization.
- Meditation & Coaching: Reflect, release, and create clarity through meditation and guided coaching sessions.
- Campfire Gathering: Share warmth and connection under the starlit sky with fellow participants.
- Grounding Meditation & Closing Circle: Conclude the retreat with a calming meditation to integrate your experiences and express gratitude.
Accommodation and Booking
- Stay at the Forest of Dean Camping site with convenient facilities and easy access to nature trails.
- Retreat pass costs £55 early bird (until 30th July) or £77.
- Accommodation is not included in the retreat pass; book your camping pitch separately by contacting Jess at Forest of Dean Camping.
- Pitches start from £28 per night and should be booked directly with the campsite.
- Remember to bring your own food and drinks for a comfortable stay.
Terms & Conditions
- Participants must be 16 years or older; those under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Men and women are welcome; no drugs or excessive alcohol allowed.
- Retreat places must be paid in full, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- Camping accommodation is separate and should be booked directly with the campsite.
- Attendees are responsible for their wellbeing, conduct, and campsite bookings.
