What to Bring
To preserve our premium floor cushions, we kindly request that you bring a sheet to cover your mat and a blanket to keep warm throughout the session. Feel free to bring a pillow for added comfort, ensuring a cozy and hygienic space for all participants. No yoga mat is necessary. Dress comfortably, hydrate adequately, and have a light meal before joining the session.
